this morning...
i went to sbux for a venti americano.

i was going to go drive thru...
but the line was LONG...
so i went inside.

i ordered my drink...
and waited over 20 minutes to receive it.
strike two.

*strike one was a week ago.
i ordered a coffee - no room...
but that wasn't what i received.
