peppers...

caribbean red (that's not red yet) & padron.

the caribbean red is in the habanero family...
and since it's still green...
it's not as hot...
which is perfect for me.

padrons at this size...
are pretty spicy.
when they're smaller...
only the occasional pepper is hot.

i let mine grow larger...
so that they're all spicy.

i'm also growing fish peppers...
and cayennes (that aren't doing too well right now).

what will i do with all these peppers?
i'll give some away...
and dry some...
make hot sauce...
and sriracha (aka rooster sauce).

i'm looking forward to the harvests.
