peppers.

hot peppers...
to be specific.

i grow them...
and dry them...
and make hot sauce.

the larger ones on the left...
are cayenne.
i had great success with them last year...
and will plant them again this year.

the three piles of medium-sized peppers...
are all thai chiles.

the two in the middle with the stems on them...
i grew.
the ones in the bottom right...
i purchased in napa.

the tiny ones in the upper right...
are pequin chili peppers.
i also purchased those in napa.

last year i planted five different types of peppers...
but only had success with two.
this year...
i will try again.
