olives...

my little olive tree is growing every day.

i'm not quite sure what i'll do with the olives.
but i'd like to try curing them.
i found a recipe at about.com...
that looks pretty easy.

i'd love to make olive oil...
but i don't have...
and don't plan to purchase...
the industrial-strength equipment needed for that task.

these are about pea-sized.
