taco pockets...
today i wanted something different for dinner...so i made tacos.
and to really keep it different...instead of taco shells or tortillas...i used pita pockets. tomorrow i'll turn the leftovers into a taco salad for my lunch.
Nice shot! Those tomatoes are so clear I can taste 'em!
